We offer a 60-day return policy for all unused products and clothing. Customers may return items for a full refund within 60 days of purchase, provided they are in their original condition and packaging.

For your item to be eligible for a return, the item must show no signs of wear and tear. Tags and packaging do not affect your eligibility of a return.

Before Returning

Please contact Support@treebag.co with a short message of your order and the reason behind a return/exchange. We will issue a return shipping label.

Damage upon arrival

Please make sure to check your package for the correct item and condition that you were expecting it to arrive in. Any issues please do not hesitate to contact Support@treebag.co

Exchanges

If the item you received needs to be exchanged for a different color or size please contact Support@treebag.co. We will email you a return shipping label, mailing you the correct merchandise once the exchange is received.

Refunds

Once Treebag & co receives your refund, we will inspect the item to ensure quality control. After approval of the items condition a refund will be automatically issued to the original payment method. Reminder, not all banks process at the same speed. It may take a few days for the bank statement to be posted.
